Police update: Suspected Suicide in Vieux Fort

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 56 year old, Ceasarius Bailey of Augier, Vieux Fort.
According to reports, on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 about 6:50 a.m. Bailey was found lifeless in his dwelling house. A bottle containing what appeared to be a poisonous substance was found under his body.
He was escorted to the Victoria Hospital where he was pronounced dead by a medical doctor.
A post mortem examination has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 16, 2016.
