Second woman raped in the North in less than two weeks

A woman was raped in the North of the island Tuesday afternoon at work.

Reports are that the woman was alone when masked men entered her workplace and sexually assaulted her.

The incident reportedly occurred at about 5 p.m., February 16, 2016.

This publication understands that one of the men had a gun in his possession.

This incident comes less than two weeks after a British female tourist was raped at her Cas en Bas villa.

The 45-year-old woman has reported the incident to local police and the British High Commission.

Police are investigating both incidents.
