A teenage female is currently in Police custody assisting with investigations into the death of 57 year old Bagatelle resident, Paul St Rose.

Attorney at Law, Marcus Foster, is representing the sixteen year old.

Foster confirmed that she is expected to be charged later today with second degree murder, and could be taken to court by tomorrow.

“From there the process will be with regard to application for bail and we will see where it goes from there,” the Attorney at Law disclosed.

According to him, the teenager had been held by the Police since last week.

But Foster disclosed that the Police had requested an extension of time.

On Thursday, January 28, 2016 about 2:50 a.m., Paul St. Rose, alias “Bams” was discovered in a seated position with stab wounds to his upper body at his residence in Bagatelle.

He was transported to the Victoria Hospital where he was pronounced dead by a medical doctor.

It was the fourth homicide for the year 2016
