Suspicious death at Forestierre

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 46 year old, Eyan David Sookwa of Forestierre, Castries.
On Sunday, January 24, 2016 about 5:00 p.m. police responded to a report of a sudden death in Forestierre.
According to reports, Sookwa, an outpatient of the Wellness Center, was in a physical altercation with his brother who was trying to subdue him. During the altercation Sookwa lost consciousness.
He was transported to the Victoria Hospital where he was pronounced dead by a medical doctor.
Investigations are continuing into this matter.
