Traffic Police report reduction in fatal crashes

The Police Traffic Department has reported a record reduction of road fatalities last year.

For the 2015 period the Department says it recorded eleven fatal crashes, resulting in fourteen fatalities.

Twelve of the fatalities were male and two female.

Records dating back to 2010 show that Saint Lucia recorded 14 fatal crashes in that year, nineteen in 2011, fifteen in 2012 and 21 each in 2013 and 2014.
